Quality Assurance

KBS believes in quality management principles including a strong customer focus, the motivation and implication of top management, the process approach and continual improvement. Using quality management systems helps ensure that customers get consistent, good quality products and services, which in turn brings many business benefits.

We are advocates of the International Organization for Standardization requirements with special emphasis in ISO 9001: Quality Management, ISO 14001: Environmental Management, ISO 20000: Information Technology - Service Management, ISO 22301: Business Continuity, and ISO 27001: Information Technology - Security Techniques.
